Tandoori Specials
These dishes are not curries. They are marinated overnight in yoghurt with a
selection of spices and herbs, and then grilled on skewers in the flames of a
charcoal fire. Their taste is sensational and defies description. As they are dry,
you might want to try a side dish to accompany it.

Biriani Dishes
A rich aromatic but mild dish consisting of special basmati rice cooked together
with chicken, meat or vegetables in a spiced ghee. Served with vegetable curry.
A comprehensive preparation of delicate flavours designed to suit every palate.
Especially recommended for beginners. The chef can make these dishes milder
or hotter to suit your taste.

Cooked in the tandoori oven, and then using a wok in the delicately
